A few years ago German fashion entrepreneurs Sven Bork and Dennis Hoffert witnessed an injustice. They noticed that fabulous women across Europe were unable to buy elegant, quality fashion hosiery at reasonable prices, simply because they wore plus sizes. So they decided to do something about it.
In autumn 2011 the duo launched hosiery label Glamory.
‘We want to offer our customers the perfect leg fashion for every occasion’ - CEO Sven Bork
Glamory’s mission is to offer elegant hosiery for fashion-conscious women and men available in “My Size”. Not only does Glamory provide high quality, comfortable hosiery that looks fantastic, but their products are also available at reasonable prices.
This means gorgeous legs, fashionable cuts and a perfect fit are now possible for anyone who wear sizes 14-36.
Working together with designers in Italy, Glamory offers a range of practical, elegant designs for perfect day wear as well as chic, glamorous options for stylish nights out.
Their “My Size” range has been particularly popular with customers across Europe, with consistently positive online reviews. The line offers top quality hosiery essentials such as tights, hold-ups, stockings and leggings in a range of designs, colours and sizes.
Their rapid success meant that Glamory added an innovative new line in men’s hosiery within a few months of launching.
Customer satisfaction is at the heart of the company’s success: ‘we are constantly working to improve our products,’ says Dennis Hoffert, and ‘we are always pleased to listen to our customers’ suggestions.’
All Glamory hosiery is made from a sophisticated mix of nylon and elastane, making sure their products are durable and long wearing. All the materials used are subject to strict Eco-standards and are regularly certified by independent experts.
Today, the Glamory brand is expanding across Europe with one aim in mind: to provide fashionable, high-quality hosiery for fabulous women and men everywhere.
"With beautiful luxury legwear available up to a size 5XL/32, Glamory Hosiery should be much more popular than it is. Glamory is one of the few (if not the only) brand answering a long neglected niche in the hosiery market, and with better, more cohesive branding, they could completely dominate this space in 2017. ~ Cora"
