What are the costs for shipping & delivery?
We ship all packages climate-neutrally with our partner DHL GoGreen. To help you plan accurately, here is an overview of the fixed prices and free shipping thresholds for shipping to Germany, Austria, Belgium, Sweden, Spain, Italy, and the Netherlands.

How long does shipping take (delivery time)?
The regular time frame for shipping & delivery within Germany is 1 to 3 business days. As soon as your package leaves our warehouse in Kaltenkirchen, you will automatically receive a tracking link via email to check the shipment status with DHL live at any time.
Legal notice regarding the deadline: For payment in advance, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is issued to your bank. For other payment methods (e.g., PayPal, credit card), it starts on the day after the contract is concluded. If Sundays or public holidays fall within this period, the delivery process will be extended accordingly to the next business day.
What delivery options are available?
To ensure smooth delivery, we offer various ways to receive your package flexibly.
1. Convenient home delivery
Our partner DHL delivers the package directly to your doorstep. Not home? DHL will leave a notification card or inform you digitally via the DHL app or email about which branch or neighbor the package was left with. You usually have 7 business days to pick it up.

2. Delivery to a DHL Packstation (Germany only)
Rarely at home? Have your package delivered to one of thousands of DHL Packstations. Select the "Packstation" option at checkout, enter the Packstation number, and your personal Postnummer. This way, you remain completely flexible and can pick up the package around the clock.
3. Different delivery address (e.g., office or as a gift)
Would you like to give someone a gift or have the package delivered to your workplace for security reasons? Simply specify a different delivery address during the ordering process.
Please note: When purchasing on account (e.g., via Klarna), the delivery and billing addresses must be identical for security and identity reasons (your private residential address).
