A. Right of Withdrawal Instructions
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Glamory GmbH & Co. KG, Carl-Benz-Str. 7, 24568 Kaltenkirchen, Germany, Email: shop@glamory.de) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form, which is not mandatory.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must repay all payments that we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choosing a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this repayment. We can refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier date.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary for checking the nature, properties and functioning of the goods.
Note for customers abroad: The right of withdrawal applies to consumers in all countries we supply, especially in Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, Spain and Italy. The goods are returned to our address in Germany. The direct costs of returning the goods from abroad are borne by the consumer. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of the state in which the consumer has his or her usual residence remain unaffected.

We understand that questions may arise when buying hosiery online. Here you will find helpful answers regarding your right of withdrawal at Glamory:
Can I try on the tights?
Yes, you can examine the goods as you would in a retail store. However, to avoid a loss in value, we ask you to try on tights and stay-ups with the utmost care. Please avoid jewellery or rough fingernails that could cause ladders, as damaged goods may lead to a claim for compensation.
How do I best pack the return?
To avoid transport damage, ideally use the original packaging of the item and a sturdy shipping box. Include the withdrawal form or a note with your order number with the return so that we can quickly assign your return.
What applies to returns from abroad?
You can of course also exercise your right of withdrawal from Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, Spain and Italy. The return will be sent to our address in Germany. You will bear the direct costs of the return yourself. Please choose an insured and traceable shipping method so that your return arrives safely with us.
I want a different size or color
If you want to exchange an item, the fastest way is often to reorder. Exercise your right of withdrawal for the ill-fitting items and discover our entire range in the shop to reorder the correct size directly. This way you will receive your desired items much faster than with a direct exchange.
