Which opaque style suits you?

From how many denier are tights opaque?

20 denier is sheer, 40 denier semi-sheer. From about 60 denier, tights count as opaque. How well they cover also depends on how far the fabric stretches on the leg: the more it stretches, the lighter the tights look. Glamory tights are knitted on circular knitting machines built for larger widths, so the fabric has to stretch less at the hips and thighs than in a standard size.
