How much do shipping & delivery cost?
We ship all parcels carbon-neutrally with our partner DHL GoGreen. So you can plan ahead, here is an overview of our fixed prices and free shipping thresholds for Germany, Austria, Belgium, Sweden, Spain, Italy and the Netherlands.

How long does delivery take?
Standard shipping & delivery within Germany takes 1 to 3 working days. As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse in Kaltenkirchen, you'll automatically receive a tracking link by email so you can follow its progress with DHL at any time.
Legal note on delivery times: if you pay by bank transfer in advance, the delivery period begins on the day after you instruct your bank to make the payment. For other payment methods (e.g. PayPal, credit card), it begins on the day after the contract is concluded. If a Sunday or public holiday falls within this period, delivery is extended accordingly to the next working day.
Which delivery options are available?
To make sure your delivery goes smoothly, we offer you several flexible ways to receive your parcel.
1. Convenient home delivery
Our partner DHL delivers your parcel straight to your door. Not at home? DHL will leave a card or let you know in the DHL app or by email which branch or neighbour your parcel has been left with. You then usually have 7 working days to collect it.

2. Delivery to a DHL Packstation (Germany only)
Rarely at home? Simply have your parcel delivered to one of thousands of DHL Packstations (parcel lockers). Choose the “Packstation” option at checkout and enter the Packstation number and your personal DHL Postnummer. That way, you stay completely flexible and can collect your parcel around the clock.
3. Different delivery address (e.g. office or gift)
Want to send a gift or have your parcel delivered to your workplace to be on the safe side? Simply enter a different delivery address during checkout.
Please note: if you pay on invoice (e.g. via Klarna), your delivery and billing addresses must be the same (your registered home address) for security and identity reasons.
